What does a single Auto SEO 'site' include?
A site is one root domain plus its subdomains (www, blog, etc.). Subdomains under the same root count as one site. Different root domains (yourbrand.com and yourbrand.eu) each count as one.
How do the volume discounts work?
Pricing automatically discounts as you add sites: 2–4 sites get 10% off, 5–19 sites get 15%, 20+ sites get 20%. Discounts apply on each invoice.
What's included in the $1 trial?
Three days of unlimited usage on the Starter plan: one site, 30 articles, all integrations, no watermarks. Cancel anytime in the dashboard.
When do I get charged?
After the $1 trial expires, the plan you selected charges its monthly rate on the same calendar day each month. Annual plans bill once a year for the same effective price minus 17%.
How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
If you're unhappy within 30 days of your first paid invoice, email refunds@autoseo.it.com and we refund that invoice in full — no required survey, no required call.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Plan changes prorate immediately: upgrades charge a prorated amount, downgrades credit unused time to the next invoice.
Do you offer non-profit pricing?
Yes, 50% off any tier for verified 501(c)(3) and equivalent international charities. Reply to your welcome email with a verification link.
Can I pay annually for a bigger discount?
Yes, annual billing saves 17% relative to monthly. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time and the prorated credit applies.
What payment methods are accepted?
Card payments through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, JCB, Diners, UnionPay), Apple/Google Pay, Link, ACH for US-based customers on Pro and Enterprise. Wire transfer on Enterprise.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The price you see on /pricing is the price you pay. Enterprise rollouts include white-glove onboarding at no extra cost.
What if I run a one-off campaign and want to cancel after?
Cancel from the dashboard at any time — your account stays active until the end of the paid period. No long-term contracts on Starter, Pro, or Agency tiers.
Do you charge for failed publishes?
No. If Auto SEO can't publish (CMS down, credentials revoked, etc.) the article is queued and retried — your article credit is consumed only after a successful publish.
