Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using AutoSEO, operated by BOUMZOUD LLC. This policy is incorporated into and supplements our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use AutoSEO to:

• Illegal content: Generate, publish, or distribute content that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Harmful content: Create content that promotes violence, harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or harm to any individual or group.
• Intellectual property infringement: Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works that infringe upon any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• Spam and deception: Use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, fake reviews, or content designed to deceive search engines or users.
• Malware distribution: Use the Service to distribute viruses, malware, ransomware, or other malicious software.
• System abuse: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, disrupt the Service, reverse engineer our software, or circumvent security measures.
• Unauthorized resale: Resell, sublicense, or share account access with unauthorized users without written permission from BOUMZOUD LLC.
• Automated abuse: Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to abuse the Service beyond normal usage patterns or API rate limits.

3. Content Standards

All content generated through AutoSEO must: (a) be truthful and not intentionally misleading; (b) respect the intellectual property and privacy rights of others; (c) comply with applicable advertising and marketing laws (including FTC guidelines); (d) include appropriate disclosures when using AI-generated content, where required by law or platform policies.

4. Resource Usage

You agree to use the Service within the limits of your subscription plan. Excessive usage that degrades service quality for other users may result in temporary rate limiting or a request to upgrade your plan.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to abuse@autoseo.it.com. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in: (a) a warning notice; (b) temporary suspension of your account; (c) permanent termination of your account; (d) removal of offending content; (e) reporting to law enforcement if required. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation and to take action at our sole discretion.
