1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and BOUMZOUD LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company with its principal office at 2201 Menaul Blvd NE, Suite A, Albuquerque, NM 87107, USA ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using AutoSEO at https://autoseo.it.com (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AutoSEO is an AI-powered search engine optimization platform that provides automated keyword research, content creation and publishing, SEO auditing, backlink analysis, AI search optimization (AEO), competitor analysis, and performance tracking.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

3. Eligibility

To use AutoSEO, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction; (b) have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms; (c) not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law; and (d) provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.

4. Account Registration and Security

You must create an account to access the Service. You agree to: (a) provide truthful and complete information during registration; (b) maintain and promptly update your account information; (c) keep your password confidential and not share access credentials; (d) immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account at support@autoseo.it.com.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

5. Subscription Plans, Fees, and Billing

5.1 Plans and Pricing. AutoSEO offers subscription-based access. Current pricing is displayed on our website and at checkout. All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Billing Cycle. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) according to the plan you select. Your subscription begins on the date of your first payment.

5.3 Payment Processing. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees.

5.4 Automatic Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate at renewal.

5.5 Price Changes. We may change our prices at any time. Price changes for existing subscribers will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following notice of the change.

5.6 Taxes. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.

6. Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods. At the end of a trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial expires. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee upon conversion.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@autoseo.it.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed refund terms.

8. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

8.1 Your Content. You retain all rights to content you provide to or generate through the Service ("User Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8.2 Our Property. The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by BOUMZOUD LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

8.3 AI-Generated Content. Content generated by our AI tools is provided to you under license for your unrestricted use. We make no representations regarding the originality or fitness of AI-generated content for any specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publication.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) generate or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on any third-party rights; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (d) introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code; (e) resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without written authorization; (f) use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications; or (g) engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC SEO RESULTS, SEARCH RANKINGS, TRAFFIC INCREASES, OR REVENUE OUTCOMES.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOUMZOUD LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BOUMZOUD LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your User Content; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
