Refund Policy

1. Our Guarantee

Stackvian LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all AutoSEO subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal date.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if: (a) you request the refund within 30 calendar days of your payment date; (b) it is your first refund request for that billing cycle; (c) you have not violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund: (a) partial month/period charges after the 30-day window; (b) add-on services or one-time purchases explicitly marked as non-refundable; (c) accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations; (d) charges disputed through your bank or credit card company (chargebacks) — please contact us first.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you may: (a) email support@autoseo.it.com with your account email and reason for the refund; or (b) use the cancellation option in your account dashboard settings.

Please include: your registered email address, the date of purchase, and a brief reason for the refund request. This helps us improve our service.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method through Stripe. The exact timing depends on your bank or credit card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

6. Cancellation Without Refund

If you cancel after the 30-day refund window: (a) your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period; (b) you will not be charged for the next billing cycle; (c) no partial refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current period; (d) you retain access to all features until the subscription expires.

7. Paid Trial Conversions

If your $1, 3-day trial converts to a paid subscription and you did not intend to continue, contact us within 30 days of the first subscription charge for a full refund. We recommend setting a calendar reminder before your trial ends.

8. Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before filing a dispute with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks result in additional fees and may lead to account suspension. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.
